  • Like many retailers, our transactions are made in 2 steps: 1st the pre-authorization, and 2nd the money is captured once your order ships. What you see on your credit card is simply the pre-authorization hold. After a few days the hold is released, so it looks like a refund, but don't worry it's not.     To redeem VIP discounts online, log in to your Ardene account. Once logged in, your VIP discount will automatically apply at checkout (if you’re a VIP, of course!).

    IN-STORE

    To redeem VIP discounts in-store, present your VIP club card, or show your VIP confirmation email on a handheld device or as a printed copy. Photocopies are not accepted. A valid ID must be shown to ensure your info is accurate.

    *Conditions
    The VIP discount excludes surprise bags, items that are $3 or less, 10/$10 or at 50% off or more. The VIP discount cannot be combined with coupon code(s), SPC cards, or any other discount. It cannot be used on the purchase of gift cards, charity items or on previously purchased merchandise.

  • On ardene.com, log in to your Ardene Account. Go to "My profile” and make sure that the "VIP CLUB" box is checked off to be part of the gang.

  • Lucky you! If you have an Ardene code, you can apply it to your order and get an extra discount on your purchase on top of the product promotions*. To do so, on the website, enter it in the corresponding box on the shopping bag page or at checkout and click the arrow to validate it. Remember, you must enter the code before you proceed to checkout or the discount won’t be applied.

    Once your order has been shipped, track your shipment by using the Canada Post tracking number that has been provided by email. If you don’t know what your Canada Post tracking number is, contact our customer service department for a little help from us.

    Don't worry if your tracking number doesn't show up immediately - there's sometimes up to a 48 hour delay between when we ship your package and Canada Post updates their site. Just try again shortly!

    Final Sale On: All merchandise that is 70% off or more, gift cards, bras and sports bras, underwear, swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed), earrings, body jewelry, charity accessories, cosmetics, masks and face coverings, personal care and hygiene products, items under $5, and other final sale items.
