Due to COVID-19, we've extended our Return Policy for your convenience.

We offer a 30-day return policy in-store and online. Some store locations may be temporarily closed due to COVID-19, so for your convenience we have a 30-day return policy from the date our stores reopen for the regions affected by closures.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are issued on the original method of payment. Online orders returned in-store are refunded on a gift card. See below for full details.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

The following Eligibility Requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The order was placed within the last 30 days (this date can be found in your order confirmation email)
  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.

Final Sale On: All merchandise that is 70% off or more, gift cards, bras and sports bras, underwear, swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed), earrings, body jewelry, charity accessories, cosmetics, masks and face coverings, personal care and hygiene products, items under $5, and other final sale items. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, please contact Customer Service with details of the product and the defect.


EXCHANGES


How do I make an exchange by in-store?

If you wish to exchange an item bought in-store or online for another Ardene product, you can do so in Ardene stores. We do not process exchanges by phone or online at this time.

To exchange a product, bring your merchandise into an Ardene store with a proof of purchase (invoice) within 30 days of purchasing the item. Exchanges cannot be processed without original receipts and must meet all eligibility requirements.

Merchandise can only be exchanged at a regular Ardene store. Liquidation stores do not accept any returns or exchanges.


How do I make an exchange by mail?

Exchanges can only be done in-store, including for items purchased online.

RETURNS


How do I make a return in-store?

Bring the merchandise in its original condition with a proof of purchase (receipt) back to a store near you. Your item must meet all eligibility requirements.


How do I make a return by mail?

ONLINE RETURNS ARE FREE!

PLEASE NOTE: IN-STORE PURCHASES CANNOT BE RETURNED BY MAIL

For online returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise specified. Your returned items must meet all eligibility criteria in order to be refunded. If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, Ardene will not send it back to you.

Follow these four easy steps.

  1. Fill out this form in order to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
  2. When your RMA is approved, you’ll get a confirmation number and a prepaid return label to print by email.
  3. Package the product up in its original condition and don’t forget the proof of purchase (invoice).
  4. Drop off the package at a USPS post office near you.
  5. PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PREPAID RETURN LABEL, YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE AT A USPS LOCATION OR IT WILL EXPIRE.

Once ARDENE has verified your order, you will receive an email from us. All merchandise sent without an RMA will not be credited or reimbursed. Returns cannot be processed without original receipts.

Pack the merchandise in its original condition with tags still attached and include a copy of your invoice in the package. *Please pack merchandise in a bag, as boxes will not be accepted
