Ardene is glad to offer shipping to all Canadian provinces and territories! Shipping addresses must be valid Canadian addresses, including post office boxes.

Merchandise offered through is only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Please visit our United States website if you wish to purchase merchandise from a United States address.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery to you of merchandise purchased through or the app. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All merchandise purchased is intended for use in the country from which it was ordered. If, however, you decide to take merchandise to another country, you will be responsible for adhering to both the export legislation of the order country and the import legislation of the destination country. Ardene shall not be liable.


Our standard warehouse processing time is between 3 to 5 business days once you place our order. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located and what type of shipping method you select. During busy times, there may be unexpected delays. You will receive an email shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. Orders can't be modified or canceled once placed.

We offer free standard shipping on every order with a value of over $50.00 (before tax and after discounts). Applicable orders will be shipped using standard delivery.

All orders being shipped to air stage office postal codes will be charged a flat rate of $50 and do not qualify for free shipping. All orders being shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut will be charged a flat rate of $25 and do not qualify for free shipping.

Please note that estimated delivery times do not apply to the following locations: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and air stage postal codes. The delivery times outlined above are estimates only and Ardene will not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.

Want to track your order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. Please note that there may be up to a 48 hour delay before the link is updated with your tracking information In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be sent in more than one shipment. No additional fees will apply.

Once your package is picked up by the courier, your tracking number will show an estimated delivery date. If your package is not delivered within 2 business days of that date, please contact Canada Post directly.
