Online Return/Exchange Policy

Holiday exchange policy

All unworn and unused gifts purchased from November 1st until December 24th, 2016 can be exchanged with receipt and tags fully attached until January 8th, 2017.

It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. This is why we make the return/exchange process very easy for you. In order to keep our customers happy, we offer a 21 day return/exchange policy for online purchases. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the form of a Gift Card and will not be credited to your original method of payment. Except for merchandise that is not eligible for returns or exchanges, as described below, if you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product(s) to head office by mail or to any ARDENE Store for a refund, which will be issued in the form of a Gift Card, or you can exchange the product(s) in any ARDENE Store for another size or item of equal value. Except as otherwise set forth herein, returns and exchanges of merchandise will be for a value equal to the sale price of the merchandise returned or exchanged, including applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges and customs and import duties will not be refunded unless otherwise specified. 

The following criteria must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund (which will be issued in the form of a Gift Card) or merchandise exchange:

- The order was shipped within the last 21 days (as evidenced by the Shipment Confirmation).

- The product is in the same condition as when you received it.

- The product is unworn.

- The product is unused.

- The product is unwashed.

- The product is undamaged.

- The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.

Please note all merchandise that is 70% off or more, Gift Cards, customized merchandise, bras, underwear, swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed), earrings, body jewelry, charity items and cosmetics are final sales. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all merchandise submitted for a return or exchange will be inspected. If a product does not meet the listed criteria, ARDENE reserves the right not to return or exchange the product.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly Contact us with details of the product and the defect, and you will receive instructions from us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund (which will be issued in the form of a Gift Card) as a result of the alleged defect.

Returns

All refunds will be issued in the form of a Gift Card which will be sent to the invoiced shipping address (if returned by mail) or will be given to the customer (if returned in an ARDENE Store). The Gift Card will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by ARDENE.

In order to return an order by mail, you must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please log into the My Account section of the Site. Items received by ARDENE without an RMA will not be credited or returned. A taxable mandatory return fee of $5 covering the cost of shipping the item will be automatically charged to the Gift Card issued to you for the value of your refund. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item bought on the Site for another ARDENE product, you can only do so in ARDENE Stores. To exchange a product, you must bring your merchandise into an ARDENE Store with a proof of purchase (invoice) within 21 days of the Shipment Confirmation date. In-Store Return/Exchange Policy - Canada

All store purchases have a 14 day return/exchange policy and can only be returned in stores.

All liquidation store purchases are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

Returns

Returns for in-store purchases can only be done in stores and not by phone or online. To return a product, you must have the original receipt. No gift card will be issued if the receipt is missing. If you did not get a receipt, please email us at websupport@ardene.com.

Approved refunds will only be issued in the form of a gift card after the returned item has been inspected by Ardene. 

Exchanges
