Items you bought online can be easily exchanged at any store - or, you can fill out an RMA Form, if you have created an Ardene account before your purchase.
Steps to create an RMA:
1. Login to your Ardene account
2. Click “view order” next to the order that include the product you want to return
3. At the top right, click “Return”
4. Select the item you would like to return and submit the form
5. Once the RMA is authorized, you will receive an email. Log in and go to “My Returns”
6. Click “View Return”
7. Click “Print Label”
8. Pack the item correctly, put the label on the pack and deposit the package at your nearest Canada Post office.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it according to our criteria and notify you with the refund.
