Shipping Information

We know that you are excited to receive your Ardene order, and we are excited to get it to you! That’s why we ship out all orders within 1-3 business days. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located and what type of shipping method you select.

For your convenience, we offer three different types of shipping methods:

* All orders being shipped to air stage office postal codes will be charged a flat rate of $40 and do not qualify for free shipping. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for these areas.

Because we love our customers, we offer free standard shipping on every order with a value of over 49.99$ (before tax). Applicable orders will be shipped using standard delivery, arriving in 5-7 business days. Due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, please note that in exceptional circumstances, we may be incapable of meeting this delivery delay.

Want to see where your order is at all times? Once the transaction is made, we will email you with a Canada Post tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times!

Shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses. Ardene is glad to offer shipping to all Canadian provinces! Your billing address must be an exact match to the address listed on your credit card statement. At this time, we are not accepting orders from the US.

If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive each item individually, on different dates. Since gift cards purchased online are sent through the regular Post Canada service, we are not responsible for lost gift card shipments. If you have yet to receive your gift card, please contact our customer service department and they will issue you a new one.
