Online Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. This is why we make the return/exchange process very easy for you. 

In order to keep our customers happy, we offer a 21 day return/exchange policy for online purchases. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product(s) to head office by mail or to any Ardene store, or you can exchange the product(s) in any Ardene store for another size or item at the same price. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the form of an Ardene gift card.

The following criteria must be met in order for an item to qualify for a credit note or exchange:

-  Order shipped within 21 days.
-  The product is unworn.
-  The product is unused.
-  The product is undamaged.
-  The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.
-  Must be a Canadian order

Please note all merchandise that is 70% off or more, gift cards, bras, underwear, earrings, body jewelry and cosmetics are final sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, Ardene reserves the right not to issue a credit note on a gift card.

 

Returns

All refunds will be issued in the form of an Ardene gift card (credit note) which will be sent to the invoiced shipping address (if returned by mail) or will be given to the customer (if returned in stores). This credit note will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by Ardene.

In order to return an order by mail, you must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please log into the My Account section of the website. Items received without an RMA will not be credited or returned. A taxable mandatory return fee of $5 covering the cost of shipping the item will be taken care of through your Ardene gift card refund. 

Canadian gift cards are only applicable for redemption in Canadian stores and on the Canadian Ardene website. American stores will not be able to use these gift cards and Canadian stores will not be able to use US gift cards.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item bought online for another Ardene product, you can only do so in stores. To exchange a product, you must bring your unworn merchandise with its original tags into an Ardene store with a proof of purchase (invoice) within 21 days of the shipping date. Exchanges without original receipts cannot be processed. To find an Ardene store near you, please refer to the Find a Store section in the top right corner of this page. Please note that this does not apply to orders placed in the U.S.A.

Swimwear purchased online can be exchanged if it has the original tag on it, as well as the hygienic liner. 


 

In-Store Return/Exchange Policy

 

All store purchases have a 14 day return/exchange policy and can only be returned in stores. Sorry, no refunds.

All liquidation store purchases are final sale. No exchanges, refunds, or credit notes.

If you buy a product and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a credit note or exchange (please note that all credit notes are made in Ardene gift card format). -  The product is unused.
-  The product is undamaged.
-  The product has all the original price tags attached.
-  It has not been more than 14 days since the purchase.

Returns

Returns for in-store purchases can only be done in stores and not by phone or online. To return an order, you must have the original receipt. No credit note will be issued if the receipt is missing. Refunds will be issued in the form of an Ardene gift card, which will be presented to the client after Ardene has inspected the returned item. Canadian gift cards are only applicable for redemption in Canadian stores and on the Canadian Ardene website. American stores will not be able to use these gift cards and Canadian stores will not be able to use US gift cards.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item bought in stores for another Ardene product, you can only do so in-store. To exchange a product, you must bring your unworn merchandise with its original tags into the nearest Ardene store with a proof of purchase (invoice) within 14 days of purchasing the item.
