It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In order to keep our customers happy, we offer a 21 day return/exchange policy. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange (please note that all refunds are made in Ardene gift card format). The following criteria must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Order shipped within 21 days.
- The product is unworn.
- The product is unused.
- The product is undamaged.
- The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, Ardene reserves the right not to issue a refund.
Returns for online purchases can only be done by mail. In order to return an order, you must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please log into the My Account section of the website. Items received without an RMA will not be refunded or returned. There is a taxable mandatory return fee of $5.00 which covers the cost of shipping the item.
Refunds will be issued in the form of an Ardene gift card which will be sent to the invoiced shipping address. This refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by Ardene.
If you wish to exchange an item for another Ardene product, you can only do so in-store. To exchange a product you must bring your unworn merchandise with its original tags into the nearest Ardene store with a proof of purchase (invoice).
