Orders:

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Here is how you track your order:

  1. Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order
  2. Track your shipment by using the Canada Post tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped. If you don’t know what your Canada Post tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance. For U.S.A. orders, please email websupport@ardene.com to recieve your tracking number.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: If you decide to cancel your order you can contact our customer service department and they will assist you in doing so. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped. If you’re package has already shipped and you still wish to cancel your order, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) in order to return the product.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. The length of time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method you have selected, as well as the location of the shipping address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.

Q: What destinations do you ship to?

A: Currently, Ardene ships Canada and the U.S.A. Ardene ships to all Canadian provinces and to air postal addresses.

Q: I have tax-exempt status. How can I apply this to my order?

A: If you have tax-exempt status, please call our customer service department, who will be happy to assist you in placing your order.

 

Payment:

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept the following payment methods:

Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

INTERAC: You can pay for your order by interact both in-store and online. If you wish to pay via interac for an online purchase, please note that the cardholder must have access to online banking.

PayPal: Please note you will be charged upon order submisson.

MasterPass: To use the MasterPass digital wallet, you will need to have signed up at www.masterpass.ca.
 

Ardene gift card: You can pay for your order by gift card both in-store and online.

Cash: In-store only.

 

Returns/Exchanges:

Q: How can I return my order?

A: Returns for online purchases can only be done by mail. To request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please log into the My Account section of the website. You will be able to print a return-shipping label. Simply package the items to be returned, include the original invoice, and attach the return shipping label to the package. All items will be thoroughly inspected upon their arrival to ensure that they are un-used, undamaged and in their original condition. You can drop the package off at your nearest Canada Post office or schedule a pickup with Canada post. Once the items are received by Ardene, the refund will be issued in the form of an Ardene gift card. All U.S.A. orders are final.

All items that fall under these categories are final sale and may not be returned: Liquidation merchandise, body jewelry, earrings, bras, underwear, and bathing suits.

Q: How can I exchange my order?

A: Exchanges for online purchases can only be done in-store. Please bring merchandise to the closest Ardene store with proof of purchase.  All items will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are un-used, undamaged and in their original condition. All U.S.A. orders are final.

All items that fall under these categories are final sale and may not be exchanged: Liquidation merchandise, body jewelry, earrings, bras, underwear, and bathing suits.

 

Gift Cards and Coupons:

Q: How can I purchase an Ardene gift card?

A: Gift cards make a great gift! If you wish to purchase an Ardene gift card, you can do so by going online and clicking on the Gift Cards section. You can also purchase a gift card at your nearest Ardene store. To find an Ardene store near you, please refer to the Store Locator section. Please note, there are no discounts when purchasing a gift card.

Q: Where can I use my Ardene gift card?

A: You can use your Ardene gift card in-store and online at www.ardene.com. If you need any assistance applying your gift card to an online order, please feel free to contact our customer service department and they will gladly help you.

Q: How do I check the balance on my Ardene gift Card?

A: If you want to know the balance or your Ardene gift card, go online and click on the Gift Cards section. You will be prompted to enter the 18 digit pin number located on the back of your gift card.

Q: I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it to receive the discount?

A: If you have an Ardene coupon code, you can apply it to your online order. To do so, enter your coupon code in the corresponding box of your shopping bag page. Remember, you must enter this code before you proceed to checkout or the discount won’t be applied.

Q: How can I find out my size?

A: When shopping online, it’s always a good idea to know what size you are. To find out your Ardene size, click on the Customer Service section at the bottom of the Ardene website, then click on Sizing Chart. You can also access the sizing chart from each individual product page, right above the color and size menus.
